Q: What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
A: Drop-off and pick-up times vary according to the individual rental event.
Q: How long is the average rental?
A: Rentals are usually for 3-4 hours unless other arrangements are made at the time of order.
Q: How much notice is required to rent a bounce house or slide?
A: Book as soon as possible. We make every effort to supply your rental needs. If at all possible, last minute requests for rental will be handled.
Q: Is the delivery and set-up time part of the rental time?
A: No, that does not take away from the rental time.
Q: What are the bounce house/inflatable rules?
A. An adult must be present at all times. Shoes, food, candy, drinks, crayons, markers and pens are not allowed in the bounce houses. Silly string is prohibited on all units.
Q: What kind of surface and how much room is needed?
A: It is best to have a level surface with grass. However, houses can be setup on concrete or pavement. The average amount of room varies, but typically a 20' x 20' area is sufficient.
